terms of Trade
Effective as of 19 March 2026.
These Terms of Trade outline the conditions under which Solar Pumptec supplies goods and services. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Quotations & Pricing
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Prices are quoted in AUD (Australian Dollars) and exclude GST unless otherwise specified.
Solar Pumptec reserves the right to adjust pricing in the event of supplier cost changes or errors.
2. Orders
Orders must be confirmed in writing (via email or signed purchase order).
Custom orders or made-to-order systems may require a deposit.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellation may incur a fee if stock has been allocated or built.
3. Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are strictly 14 days from the date of invoice (unless otherwise agreed).
Payment methods accepted: EFT, direct deposit, or credit card (surcharge may apply).
Late payments may result in supply delays and may attract interest or account suspension.
4. Ownership of Goods
All goods remain the property of Solar Pumptec until payment is received in full.
Solar Pumptec reserves the right to recover unpaid goods at the customer’s expense.
5. Delivery & Freight
Freight is charged at cost unless otherwise negotiated.
We use trusted freight carriers; however, delivery times are estimates only.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon dispatch.
6. Warranty & Returns
Most Solar Pumptec systems come with a manufacturer’s warranty (e.g. 2 years for Nastec products).
Any warranty claims must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase.
Returns are accepted only with prior approval and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Custom or electrical goods may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
7. Liability
Solar Pumptec is not liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by misuse, incorrect installation, third-party work, or circumstances beyond our control.
Product recommendations are made in good faith based on the information provided by the customer.
8. Product Use & Installation
Installation should be carried out by a qualified professional in accordance with local regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
Solar Pumptec accepts no liability for damage or failure resulting from incorrect installation or use.
9. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve all matters quickly and fairly. Please contact us immediately if you have concerns, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
